Job Description: Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, your twin objectives will delivering operational excellence across our corporate services suite and leading co-ordination of delivering of our corporate goals across our business. You will provide strategic leadership to the corporate services team (c.70 staff) and Heads of Profession in Finance, People, Procurement, Programme, corporate and Programme Governance and Risk & Assurance functions. This is an exciting time for DS. We have now delivered the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, transforming the disclosure and barring landscape in Scotland. We have transformed our digital assets – moving almost entirely from paper based to online service delivery. We have optimised many of our services and seek to now enter a stage of service and organisational evolution and continuous improvement.
