Event Executive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in-office) Salary: £27,000 Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Department: Event Delivery / Customer Delivery Reporting to: Event Manager / Senior Event Manager About the Role: We’re looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Event Executive with a strong “can-do” attitude to join our Event Delivery team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of international, in-person conferences across Europe, the US and Asia—typically managing up to 1–2 events per month . From planning logistics to delivering exceptional on-site experiences, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly and provides a memorable experience for our attendees. Key Responsibilities: Manage communications across the full event lifecycle with delegates, speakers and sponsors Coordinate all event logistics, including close liaison with conference venues (costs, setup, catering, Wi-Fi, etc.) Arrange international travel and accommodation for internal staff Represent the company on-site at events (international travel required) Create, manage and proof event documentation and materia...
