Your Specific Responsibilities: The Government Operations Consultant II (GOC II) is responsible for providing operational support to the Community Health programs for the Department of Health in Lee County . The GOC II reports to the Operations & Mgmt. Consultant Mgr.-SES. These functions require the incumbent to be highly motivated and possess the ability to use independent judgment. Responsible for monitoring of services and processes related to billing, clinic flow, clinic scheduling, customer service and program/grant compliance. Adheres to Information Security policies and procedures and key custodian to assigned areas.
