Description Reporting to an Executive Leader, the Senior Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic and trusted advisor to Salud’s executives and frontline leaders on all aspects of human resources (HR) and labor relations activities. This position leads and develops the HR team to implement and drive all HR and labor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR strategies with business objectives. The Senior Director is responsible for planning, overseeing, and evaluating all HR functions including labor relations, employee relations, classification and compensation, recruitment, employee benefits, disability, workers’ compensation, leave management, management of HR staff, training, policy development and HR compliance.
