Description This position offers the following shift schedules: The Site Monitor is responsible for ensuring that the site operates efficiently, orderly, and safely. The Site Monitor demonstrates the ability to work effectively with diverse populations respectfully and professionally. The Site Monitor will establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, community partners, and staff. The Site Monitor will support and encourage clients to freely advocate for their needs and engage in solution-focused problem-solving and short-term crisis intervention. The Site Monitor will provide services according to LSSSC’s mission to embrace, equip, and empower clients toward self-sufficiency. - Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM - Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Requirements: Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
