Associate Structured Acquisition Finance (small and medium enterprises) As an Associate SAF SME , you support private equity clients in achieving optimal acquisition financing through thorough analysis. You are substantively and commercially involved in complex financing structures and are part of rotating deal teams, typically consisting of a Senior and a Junior team member, depending on experience. As an Associate, you act as a fully-fledged deal member , playing a key role in structuring the best possible credit solution tailored to the needs of our clients. Each transaction involves a newly formed deal team, creating a dynamic and varied work environment. You play a connecting role : internally within ING with Risk and other financial departments, and externally with private equity parties and entrepreneurs. Due to the short turnaround time of transactions and the broad sector focus, the work is dynamic and diverse. The team: You work in a self-steering team of around 10 specialists at ING’s headquarters in Amsterdam. You are the point of contact for private equity parties and support them in acquisitions.
