Description Summary: The Clubhouse Maintenance Seasonal Assistant supports daily facility operations by performing a variety of custodial, preventative maintenance, and minor repair tasks within all areas of the building. This role helps ensure that all spaces remain clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and members. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing hands-on work under general supervision. This is a seasonal position approximately May-August 40hrs per week. Responsibilities: - Assist Director of Facilities Maintenance in managing housekeeping staff routine daily tasks. - Maintain cleanliness of hallways, offices, lobbies, locker rooms, restrooms, and other indoor spaces as needed. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform spot cleaning as needed to keep floors in good condition as needed. - Clean interior windows, glass doors, counters, and high-touch surfaces as needed. - Empty indoor trash and recycling receptacles and keep disposal areas tidy as needed. - Assist Director of Facilities Maintenance executing scheduled preventative maintenance in house and through 3rd party vendors. - Assist with small interior repairs such as tighte...
