Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope, meeting all objectives. - Lead project teams to achieve specific objectives, using the most efficient resources and satisfying all stakeholders. - Help define and develop project governance within the Marketing & Communications department, sharing best practices with fellow project managers. - Accountable for the realization of one or more projects, including: - Setting up the project: agreeing objectives, estimating effort and cost, planning, and staffing or sub-contracting. - Monitoring the project: ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and deadlines; managing risks; ensuring all objectives and requirements are met. - Respecting rules and standards: applying gating principles at all stages; ensuring compliance with enterprise rules, including Compliance, Permanent Control, and Oper...
