Senior Imaging Technologist/Imaging Technologist (M-F; 800-1700) - Diagnostic Radiology - ( 25006488 ) Description The Radiology Department intends to hire for two positions at either the Imaging Technologist classification or Senior Imaging Technologist, based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Please indicate in your cover letter the position you wish to be considered for or indicate both. Selective candidates eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Moving allowance may be available. Current UI employees are not eligible. The University of Iowa Health Care department of Radiology is seeking a Senior Imaging Technologist to perform and teach specialized general diagnostic radiography procedures utilizing complex imaging equipment with close patient monitoring during exam. Also, to perform general radiography procedures in multiple areas within the hospital including Adult and Pediatric Radiology, emergency room, OR, fluoroscopy and orthopedic clinic.
