Position summary: You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operation of our plant. Your responsibilities will span all core engineering activities, from maintaining process and support equipment, to keeping our buildings and facilities in top condition. You will also ensure your team is trained, supported and delivers to expectations. You will lead and support a variety of capital projects as they arise, helping to improve reliability, efficiency and performance across the site. You’ll also contribute to BOE and other Lean manufacturing initiatives, driving continuous improvement and supporting our culture of operational excellence.
