Description Bach Team's Multi-Family Division is seeking a full-time assistant superintendent for apartment developments around the American Fork, UT area. Experience with Multi-Family developments required. Assistant Superintendent Duties: - Knowledge of the trades required for wood-framed construction. - Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the project. - The ability to comprehensively read and understand Plans, Shop drawings, and Submittals. - Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. - Maintains construction schedule with the ability to identify and solve issues - OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred. - Experience with basic MS Windows software (Excel, Projects, Word) - Maintains positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other employees. - Enforces and monitors site safety protocol and rectify job site hazards immediately. - Daily management of on-site staff and laborers.
