About the Role: We are looking for a Payroll & HR Controlling Analyst to oversee payroll operations and key HR controlling processes at a country level. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while also acting as the process owner for bonus schemes and supporting financial planning activities related to headcount and personnel costs. You will act as a subject matter expert and superuser for payroll and HR controlling tools, driving continuous improvement, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
