About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is looking for a dynamic executive leader to establish and oversee the Forensic Services Division, who is responsible for providing forensic competency restoration services to our state’s most vulnerable population. Reporting to the agency Commissioner, the Senior Director of the Forensic Services Division, will be responsible for the entirety of the delivery of adult forensic services for the State of Oklahoma. This includes competency to stand trial evaluations, competency restoration, oversight and management of applicable legal requirements, and treatment quality assurance. This position will be responsible for development and implementation of division policy and practices to ensure timely completion of competency evaluation and restoration treatment services and monitoring operations to meet timeliness standards required by the courts, state law, and the Consent Decree.
