Job DetailsJob Location: Adolescent Campus - Chamblee, GA 30341Education Level: Bachelor DegreeJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesSkyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program for adults and adolescents in Atlanta, is seeking an Adolescent Residential Counselor PRN Scope: To provide supervision, education, training and various support services to the clients and clinical staff of the Adolescent Program of Skyland Trail. 2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Duties: Provide clinical, residential, program support and supervision to clients in the Residential, Adolescent Program. Monitor and document clients behavior, location, progress and communicate any needs or concerns to clinical team. Utilize staff shift log, document according to policy requirements pertinent information to other staff. Provide shift change summary of each resident to Director of Residential Services and incoming shift staff. Document pertinent information re: resiliency goals, behavioral concerns, needs and/or progress on shift change report and communicate to clinical team.
