Job DetailsJob Location: SHAWNEE, OK 74804SCOPE: Under the direction of the supervisor, workers perform production, maintenance or janitorial duties as assigned to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, yield and Cost goals. Each operator is responsible for and has the necessary authority to ensure quality, including stopping production to correct quality non-conformance. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Uses appropriate safety measures Uses appropriate measurement equipment and techniques as trained Records and maintains documentation and data as required. Follows applicable work instructions. Use good housekeeping skills to maintain the work area. Follows directions and instructions of all supervisory personnel. Maintains good relations with co-workers, management and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned. TOOLING & EQUIPMENT: Micrometer, pins, dies, hacksaw, hammer, small hand tools. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: Draw copper tubing to a specified O.D. and wall requirement per draw schedule. SECONDARY JOB FUNCTION: JOB DESCRIPTION: Use proper pins and dies as prescribed by draw schedule. Point coils and set up block for drawing. Operate block at specified FPM and/94 AMP rating. Make necessary changes...
