Description Employment Status: Full-Time: FLSA Status : Exempt (Salaried): Schedule: Sunday mornings, some evenings, Monday –Friday 8-5 (adjustable per schedule)/ 40 hours per week Reports to: Pastor: *Full-Time Benefits may include: - Paid Holidays/Holy Days - 403b Retirement - 401 (a) Pension Plan - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life - Employee Assistance Program - Short-term/Long-term Disability Summary: The Director of Religious Education or Director of Faith Formation will lead the children’s religious education program and coordinate the youth and adult faith formation programs in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish. This position will supervise and work with volunteers to coordinate healthy religious programs for children and youth. The DRE designs, develops, directs, and evaluates a total parish catechetical program and provides leadership to assist parish community in building a solid foundation for spirituality, Christian living, ministry, and outreach.
