Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience. There is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job. We have open positions for second and third shift. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The Maintenance Mechanic position has responsibilities to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
