Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering. - 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts. - Experience with manufacturing fixture design. - Experience with operations and supply chain management. - Familiarity with multiple processes such as machining, welding, brazing (furnace, vacuum), soldering, sintering, stamping, skiving, assembly, die casting, injection molding, and leak detection.
