The Certified Recovery Peer Advocate provides support services on and off-site to engage individuals on a continuum of care to help them improve wellness and functioning in the community. Services include individual and groups meetings to engage and assist individuals identify needed services. The Certified Recovery Peer Advocate must be skilled in engagement, advocacy, and recognizing crisis situations. The position is required to provide services both in the office and in the community, to ensure that individual needs are met.
