Job description

Reports to: Territory Manager Description: The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations, managing off site security personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property and assets. Duties and Responsibilities: This includes maintaining records of incidents and security logs (DAR) for analysis and reporting. - Supervision of Security Staff: Manage and oversee a team of command center operators, including assigning shifts, monitoring performance, and providing training to ensure adherence to security protocols. - Responsible for SLA adherence - Responsible for audit/compliance to SOP - Primary client escalation point - Monitoring Security Operations: Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including access controls, surveillance, and emergency response. - Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly and - Collaboration with Law Enforcement : Act as a point of contact with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests - Emergency Response Coordination : Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring that all security personne...
