As a Food Pilot Plant Technician you will work with the R&D team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members. You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment. How you will contribute: - Independently prepares various prototypes in collaboration with R&D product developers. - Organizes and conducts pilot plant trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements. - Analyzes results of the trials and experiments and issues trials reports or other technical documentation (with guidance from project leader). - Act as a pilot plant contact for R&D colleagues from other sites. - Properly maintain pilot plant equipment. - Prepare manuals for the pilot plant equipment and instruments. - Ensure OSH policy and environmental protection on the pilot plant.
