This role focuses on maintaining and improving ESD compliance across labs and work areas, supporting audits, verifying ESD-safe equipment, and assisting with documentation and tracking of ESD-related processes. Responsibilities include assisting with ESD audits and inspections, verifying proper grounding and calibration of ESD equipment (e.g., wrist straps, mats, ionizers), maintaining accurate ESD records and logs, supporting training and awareness efforts, and helping ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
