As a Senior Account Executive - Swiss Market, you will lead new business acquisition and build strong relationships with key clients in Switzerland’s wealth management ecosystem. You will be instrumental in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in one of Europe’s most critical markets. What you’ll do 📈: - Identify and acquire new clients in the Swiss financial sector, focusing on wealth managers, banks, and asset managers. - Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close. - Position Performativ's offerings through a consultative approach tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless client solutions. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Switzerland. - Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. - Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
