Job Description: DUTIES and SPECIFICATIONS: The Make Ready Technician responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: - Complete all make-ready tasks within established timeframes to minimize vacancy loss. - Perform all necessary repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs. - Ensure all appliances are operational and in good condition. - Change locks and install lockboxes, alarms in newly vacant homes. - Monitor when supplies are needed and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to fulfill orders. - Conduct a thorough inspection of each unit to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed. - Communicate and coordinate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and supplies used. - Notify management of any needed supplies or equipment for make-ready tasks. - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and cleaning. - Ensure that all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained in good working condition. - When required, clean and sanitize vacant units, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. - Communicate effectively with the prop...
