We have a unique opportunity for an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team based in our Bendigo office. This role is a part-time position of 3 days per week. About the Role: The role of our NDIS Support Coordinator's is to provide high quality support coordination for our participants and facilitate the implementation of all supports identified in their NDIS plans. In this role we focus on strengthening a participant’s ability to navigate the NDIS and empower and enable our participants so they can participate more fully in their community of choice. Our NDIS Support Coordinators play an integral role in the development and achievement of our participant’s goals to maximise their independence.
