The Poker Floor Lead is a critical leadership position reserved for those who have spent significant time in the trenches of a casino poker environment. This role isn't for beginners—it requires a deep, intuitive understanding of game flow, player psychology, and complex dispute resolution that only comes with years of experience. As a Poker Floor Lead, you are the final word on the floor. You will oversee all poker activities within your assigned area, coordinating with dealers to ensure seamless gameplay while maintaining the highest levels of security and integrity. From managing inventory to mentoring the next generation of dealers, your expertise will be the backbone of our poker room’s success.
