Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects. - 6 years of relevant work experience in BtoC (Business-to-Consumer) Marketing or Program Management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the tech industry with an understanding of consumer apps, feature development, and the nuances of working with product teams. - Experience with data analysis to interpret information, prioritize initiatives, and optimize in-app experiences. - Experience managing program-level budgets and vendor and agency ecosystems. - Experience owning projects and applying problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to translate market research, cultural insights, and brand pillars into scalable content programs that drive business growth.
