Your role: - In charge of the application of the statistical method (regression) defined by the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation's certification process . - Liaise with clients on data quality and clarifications . - Understand client compensation philosophy and policies through documentation and client exchanges. - Statistical modeling requires the ability to interpret real-life compensation situations for equal pay for equal work assessments (regression) . - Work confidently with statistical tools like R, R Studio, and similar software . - Explain and break down statistical concepts to HR teams for actionable considerations....
