This flexible role is available on a per diem, part-time, or full-time basis, depending on candidate availability and business needs. This position is ideal for an RN who is confident completing Start of Care assessments and providing ongoing skilled nursing visits in the home setting. You will play an important role in helping patients remain safe, supported, and as independent as possible in the comfort of their homes.
