JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Referral Relationship Manager: Reports To: Referral Group Manager (Primary) and Hospital Director (Secondary) FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule: Approximately 14-24 hours per week, with an average of one or two days per week in the field and one or two administrative days at the hospital. Compensation: $24-$28/hr depending on experience: Benefits: Part-time employees are eligible for some, but not all employee benefits. Part time staff are provided with benefits required by applicable law. In addition, as a part time employee, this individual will be provided with Hospital site Pet Benefits and access to our site Social Worker. POSITION SUMMARY: The Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) plays a vital role in strengthening partnerships with referring veterinary practices and driving hospital growth through strategic outreach, marketing, and relationship management.
