Job description

Lead and coordinate financial processes; providing direction, oversight and review of financial transactions. Perform professional accounting work, including the preparation of financials statements, insurance department and other regulatory filings. Analyze and recommends solutions on complex accounting issues. Demonstrate an expert understanding of complex financial information and makes recommendations to accomplish objectives and improve company performance Lead the timely and accurate posting, balancing, reconciliation and review of financial transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual comprehensive financial reporting packages, that includes analysis of budget to actual, prior year compared to current year and key performance indicators In addition, provides analysis of balance sheets and cash flows for all lines of business Interact with Sr. Management on financial matters, provides recommendations/solutions, and carries out resolutions through to completion Ensure financial reporting is in accordance with professional standards, and provides useful and relevant financial data that enables management to make strategic business decisions Evaluate accounting processes a...
