About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Legal Counsel with a strong foundation in contract law — ideally with legal advisory experience or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, and vendor agreements. Support legal risk management and advise on cross-functional legal issues. Support expansion into the DACH market. Act as a trusted legal partner to Sales and other commercial teams, supporting negotiations and helping structure customer and partner agreements. Stay current on changes in EU legislation, sharing insights with the broader team. Support legal tech adoption to streamline internal processes. Provide input on data privacy or GDPR compliance.
