The Loan Distribution Group (“LDG”) is a core pillar of Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) and a key driver of ING’s ‘Capital Velocity’ strategy, a ‘must win’ battle for the bank. LDG has presence in Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Brussels, Milan, Madrid, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong with c. 100 FTEs. Loan Syndicate EMEA Corporate & FI spans 4 locations (Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt and Milan). ING is a leading player in the EMEA syndicated loan market, with leading positions in EMEA, the Benelux and CEE. Our market position is based on a strong flow of active mandates. The Loan Syndicate team gets involved when ING has a lead role in the syndication process (i.e. Coordinator, Underwriter, Active Bookrunner and/or Documentation Agent) and provides advice and market expertise to ING’s Wholesale Banking clients. The EMEA Corporate & FI Loan Syndicate team originates and executes syndicated loan transactions for the corporate and financial institution clients of ING. This includes event-driven (a.o.
