Description Job Summary: The Blow Mold Lead assists the Shift Supervisor with ensuring that the finished product meets the quality and quantity standards and that work is conducted safely and efficiently. Essential Functions: - Assists oversees the work of all Blow Mold employees, machines and equipment ensuring that the quality and quantity of the production meets the specifications. - Inspects products to ensure appropriate weight, wall thickness and other quality tests to meet product spacifications. - Conducts and follows up on prior inspections’ findings to address issues with employees and makes recommendations to the shift Supervisor. - Provides continued support and feedback to production employees to ensure that work is conducted effectively and safely. - Verifies production count at the start and end of the shift. - Helps relieve workers from production during their corresponding breaks. - Assists with material, color, and mold changes process. - Helps with equipment maintenance, repairs troubleshooting, and reports issues to the supervisor or department manager. - Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to the supervisor or department manager. - Coordinates the a...
