About the Role Under the direction of the General Manager (GM) and Shift Leads, the Front of House team work together to ensure that each guest to Best Pizza and Brew receive outstanding service and have a great experience at the restaurant. Employees will execute the key tasks for the given position assignment they have for the shift and will help their teammates in other assignments as needed. Successful employees place a priority on providing great customer service, are proactive in carrying out duties to Best Pizza & Brew standards and are team players.
