Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite We are looking for commercially savvy graduates who would like to experience advanced rotations across multiple business areas, including sales, marketing, and business enabling excellence. Through this two-year, Sales and Marketing Accelerated Rotational Talent (SMART) graduate program, you will gain hands-on experiences in three different rotations and will be able to make a direct impact immediately. As you work with different commercial teams, we'll teach you a range of essential business skills, whilst also helping you build a deep understanding of the medical device industry. Please be aware that the start date for the SMART program is September 2026 You can expect to be granted a high degree of responsibility which will enable you to demonstrate your strategic thinking, and analytical and communication skills.
