JOB TITLE: Shift Lead FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt JOB STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Site REPORTS TO: Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager (varies based on business need) DIRECT/ INDIRECT REPORTS: None EFFECTIVE DATE: 6/1/2025 Position Overview: The Shift Lead role at Spotless Brands is an operational support position designed to provide high performing team members with exposure to site operations and foundational leadership skills. This role is not a managerial position and does not carry decision-making authority or formal leadership responsibilities. The Shift Lead supports the Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager by ensuring effective execution of daily operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities focus on maintaining operational standards, directing workflows, and supporting team productivity, safety, and customer service.
