JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE: The Robot Programmer is responsible for supporting the setup, programming, debugging, and deployment of robotic systems, primarily Fanuc robots—within automotive body shop environments. This position requires in-depth knowledge of General Motors (GM) robotic standards and a demonstrated ability to manage robot commissioning from power-up to production readiness. This role involves providing plant support, mentoring peers, and delivering technical guidance in high-paced customer environments. Shift work and regular travel to customer sites are required.
