Job Description The Role: The Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Global Labor Time department is seeking a Virtual Labor Time Study Author to become part of the team. This position will be responsible for creating virtual labor time studies using virtual, CAD data and hands-on vehicle markups. What You’ll Do: Work to create virtual labor time studies using currently timed steps along with virtual and CAD tools. Working daily with TeamCenter and Excel based studies Work with other teams such as Mechanical Service Information Team and Global Warranty Team on special projects Single point of contact for labor time publication related issues. Global Coordination – Work with all regions to share best practices and implement learnings/tools. Process Development and Execution: Creating and communication metrics: Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications): Strong automotive technical knowledge Minimum of 3 years of proven experience Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products High Initiative: Ability to analyze data.
