Job Description Summary The Circuit Breaker Operations Engineer will be directed by the Operations Manager to lead and support actions that help achieve the factory targets. This position will be responsible for investigating disruptions and problems in production, identifying the root cause of the issues that are impacting safety, quality, and productivity and lead and help implement improvements that reduce and eliminate disruptions. This position will help drive lean projects that bring improvement including 5S, standard work, problem solving, and daily management. This position helps support the supervisors with various duties and will coordinate activities with the Production teams, Quality, Lean, and Engineering to support the production needs of the business. Job Description: Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Investigating problems and disruptions in production, identifying the root cause of the issues.
