Job Title: Email Marketing Strategist Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. . WoodmenLife is looking to hire an Email Marketing Strategist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of WoodmenLife’s marketing email and CRM-driven lifecycle programs to nurture, engage, and retain our audiences. This cross-functional role collaborates with Creative, Advertising, Ddata, Ccommunications, and other business partners to create broadcast and automated email campaigns for our target audiences, while maintaining accuracy, exceptional deliverability, data privacy compliance (CAN-SPAM and internal policies), and measurement standards. Success in the role is measured by the ability to positively impact channel growth, quality engagement, conversion outcomes, list health, and revenue influence.
