POSITION SUMMARY: The server assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service by supporting servers and maintaining a clean organized dining environment. This position is responsible for assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food items. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services. - Upholds all health, safety and sanitation guidelines. - Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently. - Deliver food orders promptly and correctly ensuring proper presentation and accuracy. - Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory service. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Certificate(s) or License(s): None - Years of experience: 0 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. - Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
