Position Highlights: SUMMARY : The Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) provides direct care for the residents at Osceola Senior Living and ORHC patients that follows the Care Plan and assists each resident/patient to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prefer high school diploma or GED; or currently a student age 16 or older. Prior related work experience preferred. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS: Certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Iowa is preferred or needs to be obtained within 4 months of hire.
