Position Summary: The Senior Process & Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in improving operational performance and equipment reliability across Stella-Jones’ manufacturing network. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role works closely with plant operations, maintenance teams, and the Operational Innovation & Excellence Center (OIEC) to identify opportunities for process improvement, equipment reliability enhancements, and engineering standardization across facilities.
