Manages activities and functions of designated programs to ensure that goals and objectives for each program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. POSITION: Clinical Manager: LOCATION: St. Mary's Campus - 65 Genesee St DEPARTMENT: Emergency Psychiatric: SCHEDULE: Full Time 40 hrs per week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develops and schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications and funding limitations; oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program; determines priorities. •Perform supervisory duties in relationship to staff, which may include signing off on time cards, scheduling of staff hours, and enforcement of personnel policies. •Is available for supervision/consultation by staff and provides direction, feedback and positive support to supervisors. •Confers with and advises team members on problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals and policy interpretation; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond. •Provide clinical services appropriate to patient needs. •Ensures that functional efficient processes occur relative to patient...
