This leadership role works under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing and focuses on overseeing the care and operations of a 60-bed short-term rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will be an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care while supporting staff, residents, and families. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. This is a salaried leadership position with a schedule of 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. SKILLS: Proven experience as a LTC or Skilled Rehab Nurse or similar role.
