The Role: This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the expense, banking, and financial operations of Hannover Re’s UK Life Branch, as well as its UK service and holding entities. You will take ownership of critical financial processes, drive meaningful operational improvements, and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the UK organisation and wider Group. As a key member of the Finance function, you will provide insight and lead process improvement that support effective decision making. You will also serve as an important bridge between the UK service company and the wider Talanx insurance entities, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and collaboration across business units. This is a high visibility role suited to someone who thrives in an environment of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross functional influence.
