Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, consumer and partner support, or similar function. - 5 years of experience in people management. - Experience in business strategy and operational execution. - Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading business strategy or program management teams in changing, ambiguous environments. - Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and taking initiative to drive execution. - Track record of thought leadership in strategic projects that have had a transformational impact on business operations across international markets. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take ambitious topics and create compelling narratives that drive alignment among executive audiences. - Excellent problem-solving, and presentation skills combined with business judgment and a "big thinker" mindset.
