Key Responsibilities: - Build a buddy-like rapport through shared interests (e.g., gaming, walking, music) - Support morning/evening routines, school attendance, and home-based learning - Encourage healthy choices in meals, rest, hygiene, and social skills - Support emotional regulation and respond safely to escalation using therapeutic approaches - Maintain household cleanliness and safety routines - Administer medications and complete shift documentation as required About You: - Able to form respectful, age-appropriate bonds with youth - Calm, confident, and grounded when faced with challenging behaviour - A positive role model with a down-to-earth presence - Must be physically fit and alert to respond to risk behaviours when needed What we're looking for: At Connecting...
