We specialize in emergency response, mitigation, and full rebuilds for residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, storms, mold, and other disasters. As trusted partners to insurance carriers and property owners, we show up with urgency, integrity, and care. As a Restoration Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growth. Your mission is simple: make sure that when disaster strikes, Merit is the first call. You’ll build relationships with plumbers, property managers, HOAs, landlords, adjusters, and other referral sources. You’ll distribute marketing materials, attend events, follow up relentlessly, and close jobs. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. You’ll be backed by strong estimating and production teams, but your pipeline, performance, and paycheck are in your hands. Why Merit: This isn’t an easy job.
